How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open Settings and use the billing section. Cancelling keeps your Premium access until the end of the current period, and cancelling during the 3-day trial means you are never charged.
Can I retake the assessment?
Yes. Start the assessment again from your dashboard and your roadmap and daily missions rebuild around your new answers.
What can Coach Leo help with?
Leo helps you steady your emotions, plan contact, review drafts before you send them and understand what your ex may be experiencing. Leo is guidance, not therapy.
Is the community anonymous?
Yes. Everyone gets an anonymous community handle, which you can change once, and posts are scanned for personal details before they publish.
What if I am in crisis?
Use the Panic Button for immediate grounding support. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
